Chinese New Year Video Is Out! Excited for the Spring Break!

Hey kiddos! Sorry for the late post. I have been really busy lately with too many things! However, here is something I would love to show you all today! It is...............   My Chinese New Year short film!

Enjoy everyone! This movie will teach you some Chinese New Year sayings so this is a great place to learn some Mandarin Chinese!

Anyway, back to real life, I am just tired and frightened of school! Having ADHD and multiple learning disabilities, reading being the most severe learning disability, makes all these school days even worse.



On the bright side, I am extremely excited for Spring Break! I will be traveling to Florida to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! Although I have never been to Florida, I am really looking forward to my trip!

Been Very Busy Lately; A lot of Art Projects On My Mind

Hey readers! This is Jonathan Yip, your host for the afternoon blog here! I'm so sorry I have been very busy lately, working on many art and movie projects, from Doodle 4 Google, to my own projects.

First of all, I finished a Doodle 4 Google for this year's art contest by Google. They asked me to draw something that represented my inspiration. I drew a view of Los Angeles since Los Angeles was the city of dreams. Los Angeles also is the Entertainment Capital of the World and home to many of my favorite animation studios. The Disney Studios and many other animation studios have inspired my toon dream ever since 5th grade. I have always cried every time I left this diverse, welcoming city. Although I temporarily live in the San Francisco Bay Area right now, L.A. is my real home at heart.



I also finished 2 short clips as part of my larger Chinese New Year Project! I should put this whole project on my YouTube channel by this Friday, March 9. Stay tuned! Anyway, how about I give you all the link to my YouTube channel right now to see previous videos I have made.

I have also been drawing a lot of dogs lately! I love dogs a lot because most of them love to play and hang out with you. Dogs are almost like an adopted child to your family. I hope to adopt both a dog and a baby girl from China in the future! Dogs are my 3rd favorite animal, after rabbits and pandas.
